What is included in a typical photo booth package?
Every photo booth package comes with at least 3 hours of rental time, props, two sets of custom designed prints, an online viewing gallery and an on-site booth attendant. We also offer a Memory Book, Disc of Prints, and extra sets of prints for an additional fee.
How long does the booth take to set up and is that time included with the rental time?
Our photo booths take about 45 minutes to set up and your rental time starts once the booth is set up and ready to be used.
How many photo strips does the booth print and how long do they take to print?
The photo booth will print out two sets of prints that come custom designed with the name and date of the event. The photo strips are printed about 15 seconds after the last picture is taken.
How many people can fit in the photo booth?
Our photo booth is 5ft x 5ft and can easily accommodate up to 6 people. However, we have crammed up to 12 people at one time in the booth!
Is there a discount if I book videography along a photo booth?
Yes! We will knock off $100 from the price of your photo booth package if you also book us for your wedding videography.
How much is the deposit and what methods of payment do you accept?
The deposit required to hold your date is 50% of the total cost of your package. The deposit is non-refundable. We accept check, cash, and all major credit cards, including American Express.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due on the day of your event. You may pay if off before then, if you would like.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel, you may do so at any time. You will receive a refund of the amount you paid, other than the deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations that occur within 30 days of the wedding date, may result in a cancellation fee.
